Nestled into a wooded area, our warm and friendly home boasts three lovely rooms for the casual traveler--we can also offer flexibility with additional rooms on an individual need basis. Our guests have access to secure Wi-Fi , cable tv, and snacks during their stay-- and a choice of breakfast options. Our rates are competitive with other B&B's in the area. One thing, we do have a resident "house cat", but ask that you please do not bring additional pets. Our home is also smoke-free. The views are spectacular , with a quiet country feel that is within a couple of minutes from downtown, Seven Oaks Golf course and Colgate's lovely campus. Please contact us for rates and dates.
