My historic home has a beautiful front porch complete with rocker and adirondack chairs, and is within easy walking distance to the village or campus.
The house sleeps 7: One bedroom with a double bed, one with a queen bed, and a study with a chair-and-a-half that folds out into a twin bed. There is a queen sofa bed in the downstairs living room.
I'm open to putting blow up mattresses on the floor for extra guests...I'll provide one twin mattress and linens, after that you're on your own!
2 bathrooms: second floor- full bath, first floor - shower. Dining room seats 6; table in the kitchen overlooks the back deck (with grill) and spacious backyard. Living room is a nice size for family gatherings with a large flat screen TV and DVR. Kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, disposal, microwave, coffee maker.
Wireless, Cable and driveway for off-street parking. Small children are welcome and the house can be baby-proofed. Please no smoking. Pets require prior approval and deposit.
One special note: I have two cats who will not be at the house when guests are here....BUT, if you are allergic to cats this might not be the house for you...
